March 2025 Monthly Report

SUPER TL;DR (SHORT VERSION) of upcoming changes -

• V4 operational by the end of April,

• changes to posting based on backlog (right now that means: black -> black -> white set until backlog clears up)

• 2 more massive subsystems (secret~)

• price increase to Request Tiers (starting May 1st), Basic Tier remain the same

Hello everyone~ ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

The theme for March was "Growth", but the theme for April will definitely be "Improvement".

With March came a massive influx of new members, new ideas, and new horizons. Tons of new additions - clothing, scenes, and significant code impovements. That's just from one cleanup! New script logic for positional clothing control, pose specific control, scene specific control, exclusions per character, exclusions per scene, and many, many more!

All of this was necessary to build a framework capable of supporting future improvements!

There's 2 major subsystems I've been working on, and will soon start releasing promotional material to advertise them, so stay tuned~

V4 and the future

V4 was supposed to be the saving grace, but it fell short. Many of you probably follow other Creators in the NSFW AI community and I'm sure you've noticed tons of others commenting on the performance of the model and sharing their disappointments.

Now... It's not all bad! V4 has been getting better and has seen some improvements. I'm planning on facilitating the option to have a special selection option for Request Tiers to specify whether they want to use the V4 or V3 model for their work. This will be especially relevant to people who want to generate sets with new characters. (Ones after Oct. 2023)

This involves a significant code overhaul, with basically every single one of the current 121+ poses having to be fully retranslated and reformatted to fit in the new 512 token T5 context window.

Content cycle and how sets will be posted

The sets have been relatively well balanced but with the recent surge of growth, I've ran into backlog issues. Tons of sets are waiting in the pipeline to release, with some falling so far behind that they're missing new features that the new sets have...

To remedy this a bandaid solution will be applied. The current formula of "white -> black -> white -> black " will be changed to whatever is necessary at its respective time to alleviate the backlog issue. So if there's an overwhelming amount of white sets waiting to release, the formula will change again!

Why not post 2 sets in a day? My mischievous little torturers ask~

The idea behind the 1 set a day approach is to give me enough time to build up other parts of the system. Everything takes time, testing, careful planning and resources (energy drinks). I've scaled up the operation and use multiple accounts to minimize downtime, but physically going through the sets still involves me directly doing it. Very few creators manage to output content daily, let alone consistent 200+ image sets every single day.

This is more of a future change, but once the new subsystems come into play, and V4 is available for mass production, the weekly content cycle will become a lot more varied. As in Monday will be a V3 Black set, Tuesday a V4 White set, Wednesday a V3 X set, Thursday a V4 Y set. Together we'll slowly find the best balance for this community.

Price increases to Request Tiers

This is less relevant for 95% of the members here, but it's still very important.

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone up until now who has supported me, believed in me, and used my passion project to create their own unique piece of hentai that represents their favorite character in a lovely and lewd way~

I won't sugarcoat it. The price tag is going to go up. I'm all for transparency and honesty in business, so I won't lie to you and tell you "Oh, maybe" or "It's possible". There's just no way around it unfortunately.

My reasoning -

• Workload. 

  The system started off with 86 poses. 

We're now up to 121 . 

Just that is a 40% increase in workload. The problem is that not every pose is a simple linear increase in workload. Some shots such as the gangbang shots, many of the post sex shots, the x-ray shots, new post fellatio ones, etc. All of those require a lot more direct involvement from me to guarantee their quality.

• Focused inpainting 

  This is more cryptic to people not directly involved with AI image creation. Focused Inpainting is in layman's terms a specialized visual enhancement the model allows me to do manually to a specific region of the image.

  This is why there's been a massive increase to the quality of eyes and faces in my sets since the start of March.

  This is just a super simple example. Some characters see even more drastic improvements. Especially multicolored eye characters or characters with strong makeup data to begin with.

  This is a personal preference of mine, but I value eye output HEAVILY. Makeup as well is very important to me.

But how much gets focus inpanted every set? - my little adorable demonic gremlins ask

It varies per character. But roughly 25-33% of a set is focus inpainted. The majority of the complex scenes are, with simpler (fellatio and such) scenes are often left to stand on their own.

• Market rate 

  Just like the local grill sandwich shop across the street from me. They started off with their sandwiches being $4.50. Now they're $12.

  My content has been significantly below the market rate for many months now. I'm soon going to hit 100 sets delievered at an incredible price. The problem is that price was tied to the workload balance of when my system launched. Now 3 months in we're seeing massive improvements all across the board, and with that unfortunately, significantly more time spent per set as well.

  Just like anyone else offering a digital service, I check up on where my position is in the market. And making 200+ image requests with all the selectable options, the high quality inpainted output, the easy to use form system, etc. All those goodies have been a crazy bargain at $15 per set.

• More control over workload

  Premium and Standard tier will likely be consolidated into one tier. With an added optional selectable payment option for people who want more than 1 set. But the twist here is I need to be in control of when that option is available, and when it's temporarily closed. Otherwise I'll get 30 people in Premium tier all waiting for their 2 sets per month. (Which is close to what's happening right now).

What will the new price tag be?

It's not finalized yet. It all depends on the new subsystems and how satisfied I am with V4 once it becomes a functional product. I will not raise the prices until all planned features are fully operational.
