Hello Patrons! How are things? Are you enjoying your four-day weekend so far? Are you in a part of the world that gets the Easter weekend as a holiday?
I've been feeling a bit run down of late, creatively speaking. The baby got sick a lot and I've got a bunch of stuff to do for the non-video-making parts of life that are pretty time consuming and yadda yadda blah blah complain complain.
I'm not complaining. Or if I am, I'm only complaining a little. Making videos for you all is the best job a woman could ask for, seriously.
And that was why VidCon was so great. I came away invigorated! I decided to get on with making that science and tech channel that I was thinking about TWO YEARS AGO and then...life and babies and what-have-you got in the way.
So I have almost finished the first video, which is a vlog from VidCon about Raspberry Pi with Alex Bate, their social media monkey (she's the best).
I'll repost most of the science videos on my main channel (and possibly reshoot the ones I don't repost), and I'm planning a video on the FDA and Lupron (related to my previous blog post on the subject, because hoo boy).
Basically what I'm saying is that I'm really excited about this new channel, and while its posting schedule isn't going to be as regular as my main channel, I hope that you're going to like it.
I've been asking for suggestions on Twitter for the name, and also asking the YouTube name generator, and By Their Powers Combined they have come up with names I'm really fond of.
So, poll time! I like a bunch of these names, but I want you to vote for your LEAST FAVOURITE.
You can definitely tell me your most favourites in the comments, but vote for which one you think is least appealing.
Either because you just dislike it, or you think it's too vague/long/odd to be a good channel name.

2017-04-15 07:55:25 +0000 UTCI chose "Flask me anything" because I would expect it to be the channel of a dude who films himself tasting really expensive booze out of a flask with a gopro in a field when the light is bad. You know, because its raw and manly to do that and share it with the world. Thats the flask part, the ask me anything part comes from accepting suggestions from his viewers. They would dare him to drink stuff like tequila with a maggot in it and he would make a dutifully disgusted face when he forced it down... stuff thats really popular on YT.

Some rejected suggestions I came up with were: "Is man a myth?"; "Some like it science" and "Spock tease" (because Spock likes science, okay that one was dead on arrival.) I guess I like the flask one.
