Patreon Reward Updates (Last One, I Promise)
Added 2020-08-16 17:10:34 +0000 UTCOkay. I've been thinking about this, and while the poll leans pretty heavily in favor of one direction, I decided I wasn't really happy with that compromise - so I came up with a new one.
There will only be two reward tiers: $1 and $5.
$1 - You get access to all pictures posted to Patreon, and access to images before they get posted publicly to dA or Twitter.
$5 - You get the previous rewards, as well as access to the suggestion box and patron-exclusive streams.
I know that this will mean an overall drop in Patreon income for me, but I think this is the right choice. Now people at the $5 level will get all the rewards. I might add a high level tier back in the future with some super special rewards that I'm brainstorming with Takai, but for now - you can pledge $5 and know you're getting access to all the rewards available!
What you have to do:
If you are on the $10 tier, you should update your pledge to the $5 level! Patreon doesn't do that automatically, and there's no way for me to adjust your pledge from my end. Doing this will ensure you don't get billed $10 despite that tier no longer being available! (I will be sending out a message to $10 patrons as well to make sure)
I still have some work to do in updating the images associated with the reward tiers, but what's in this post is what you'll be getting come September! Thank you everyone for your feedback in the poll, and for your patience as we figure all this out!

2020-08-17 08:53:53 +0000 UTCIf someone wants to pledge a higher amount while only receiving the $5 tier rewards, they can still do that - Patreon lets you edit your pledge amount. Theoretically someone could join on the $1 tier and pledge $100 if they wanted. That's just how Patreon does it. Also, I do have a Ko-Fi! --> https://ko-fi.com/chibibiscuit I'm not sure where WIPs will fall. Sketches and the like will continue to be available to all patrons.

Maybe it doesn't have to feature anything crazy as reward, but just if people want to support you more. ALTERNATIVELY, you could just have a Ko-Fi account and keep it open only when you do your stream. That way people could anonymously tip you at that time if they should so desire, thereby allowing for an avenue of additional support for anyone who is dead set on providing it. Also, I noticed you did not mention works-in-progress or sketches. Do you have a plan for those seperarely?
