Take a mere 13 minutes out of your day to relax and unwind with Marjie in her charming tea shop as she shares her new range of magical teas and cakes with you - each bringing it's own enchanting properties! Note that you can also download just the audio file for the visualisation if you want to listen to it on your phone. Also, my cat wanted to come into my office towards the end of the meditation so if you catch a trilling sound that's what that is :)

I also love learning about new teas in the book as well! I WISH I could work at a tea shop! Now that would be a dream lol I just learned about cold brewing a large pitcher of tea and it's been the best! I think of Marjie almost every time I make tea for myself! Lol
