The Sixteenth Spirit is Zepar. He is a Great Duke, and appeareth in Red Apparel and Armour, like a Soldier. His office is to cause Women to love Men, and to bring them together in love. He also maketh them barren. He governeth 26 Legions of Inferior Spirits, and his Seal is this, which he obeyeth when he seeth it.

The demon famous for the “May your womb be barren” meme. His office of forming and breaking friendships seems to mirror that of Gusoins, who deals in reconciliation. Additionally, his ability to make wombs barren would be useful in working with succubi, which would likely make Zepars role akin to that of a midwife.
Brand of the Barren - The marked gains the ability to stunt growth. Cause miscarriage, salt earth, quarantine plague.
