ROR2_v0.7_P - DLC Changes
Added 2023-11-25 00:16:10 +0000 UTCSimply changed how the DLC unlocking works to make it even easier to get started.
1. Navigate to:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\Managed
2. Download the RoR2.dll I have provided and drop it into your managed folder.
3. Launch the game. DLC should be unlocked on game start up.
Notes:
When in the lobby make sure to actually enable the expansion which will show a gold frame/icon when enabled. Then you'll be able to use the new items and maps.
If you want to immediately play as Void Fiend but do not have him unlocked then you can use the script "Unlock All Survivors" inside the [Lobby Settings] section. Normally you would have to use the [DLC Settings] scripts to be able to use DLC content/survivors however in this case the DLC is unlocked on game start up.
Extra Note/Warning:
There is a little issue when using the inventory editor as in your items can visually disappear from your inventory but are still there or some of the amount values -> Item names might be off. But again, that is in the [Test Section] for a reason.
