This is a Honneharri, they are tier 3 (Type 3 on Kashadev scale). Super advanced, but not around anymore. Some of them can still be found, like Rexalia caught in the Dark Worlder Facility, or others trapped in temporal sinks and so on.
Some might even be timeless, and talking to you from a different place and time.
They are the only race to have a memory of what happened to the Skrill.
What will their role in all this be?
