2022-10-07 14:47:05 +0000 UTCThe Brigadier was a big part of Classic Who, as he is the leader of Unit. The original plan was to have him be in this story, but unfortunately, the actor's ill health meant they had to say he was busy in Peru. I took the Captain Jack comment as offhand and not that important, and more of an attempt to get the clone to access Martha's memories and get past her programming.
