2022-08-12 13:10:05 +0000 UTCThere's a line of dialogue that the Daleks speak, which is very hard to hear - but they state that the magnate device inside the cell is a deliberate test to see who can unlock it. Whoever manages to do so is more intelligent than other humans, and therefore a good candidate to be robotised.
