May Movies (Runner-Up Poll)

UPDATE: Since we had a tie for second place, we'll do Now You See Me as the second (non-Marvel) movie in May and Sleepless in Seattle as the first (non-Marvel) movie in June. Since Breakfast at Tiffany's was the runner-up, it will be included in the next runner-up poll (for the November movies).

*****

It's time to do our first runner-up poll of 2024 (the next one will be for the movies in November).

In case you're unfamiliar, the runner-up poll basically gives a second chance to movies that had the next highest number of votes after the winning movies in all polls since the previous runner-up poll.

Let's pick two of them to watch in May.

Poll Information:

You can vote for as many movies as you'd like. The two movies with the most votes will win.

If necessary, I will be the tie-breaking vote.

All Patrons can vote in the poll, but only those on the Movies, The Whole Shebang, and Britany's Bestie tiers have access to the reactions.

The poll ends Friday at 10pm Mountain Time.

If you have suggestions or recommendations for movies you would like to see on a future poll, please leave them in a comment.

Thanks! This one has come up a lot so it's definitely on my list to include in a poll when it's time to start a new show. (I do have a few I've already started that I might end up finishing first, though, like Firefly and The Last of Us for example).

Malcolm Wolf

Also a great TV show I'd like to suggest, broadchurch. It stars David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker and has appearances from Arthur darvill and David Bradley. So lots of Doctor Who love in it!

Suggestions for future polls: Charade 1963 and The Children's Hour 1961 The Children's Hour I personally believe is one of the most important movies ever made. Away we go 2009 - my comfort movie Good Will Hunting 1997, one of my favorite movies of all time Dead poets society, I believe that was in 1985? Stars Robin Williams in another fantastic role
