Hi, I won't be able to post a finished drawing today, I haven't slept much or eaten at all in the past 48 hours, hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow

You really do need to eat something. A portion of a banana. A portion of an apple. Whatever fruit you have lying around. One piece of toast, no butter. Even rice if you have it. Applesauce. These things are recommended to help nourish you in small quantities and are easy for your system to digest and stay down. Broth warmed up is good too. Don't go another 24 hours without eating something, not good. Stay hydrated with clear liquids, no juice as too much sugar. If you would rather Gatorade Zero is good to hydrate you as there is no sugar in it like the rest of Gatorade does. Rest is also best as well...not napping all the time...just hunkered on the sofa or propped up in bed. Just do things that don't take much energy for now. Slowly you'll start to feel better. Incorporate other foods as your system gets better and you actually feel hungry. Good luck and take it easy.
