The first day of a new month! Welcome to PARK HOTEL.

This was taken in London ON after spending a night in a seedy motel shooting with Echo.
I booked two different places to get two different feels. The first was dark and seedy, with a heart shaped tub (you've seen that one already) and this one was meant to be brighter, softer and more subdued.

OF COURSE - not without a little drama.

First day of shooting went pretty well. I got some stuff that I liked. However, the bed at this motel was TERRIBLE and I basically got no sleep.

The next day when we arrived at Park Hotel we were informed that their air conditioning was not working. Park Hotel is expensive and I was not impressed. Needless to say, I was MISERABLE the entire time. I was most likely the worst model ever to work with because I hadn't slept, I don't think I had eaten, I felt like I had been waiting for people all day, I was hot to the point where I was dripping while shooting and I knew I wouldn't get a good night sleep AGAIN before having a 3-4 hour drive back home.

Despite that, I actually really love these photos, the light was AMAZING.
It was great to see Echo (always) and Jim (always) but it was perhaps the most uncomfortable shooting trip I've ever had.

Seriously, traveling models I have NO IDEA how you do it.
