Once again a TF piece featuring me while I'm sick, idk why I only do that at times like these xD (Wordplay TF TG)

I once again tried to get some work done but working at my PC is just not it atm. I hope it gets better soon but while you wait I was doing a little something in my sketchbook again. Something new tho, no coloring of an old sketch. So that's some progress at least on my journey back to 100% health.
Last time I TF'd myself I was also sick.. idk how I only get TF ideas like that when I'm sick.. but yeah this time it's once again some kind of worldplay that enables the TF lol
