Added 2021-01-07 14:50:28 +0000 UTCShe was running out of ammunition, but she was losing stamina faster. For some reason Jane was feeling the fatigue of the battle faster than what she was used to. What bothered her more was the fact how the alien rays were making the spacenaut feel increasingly hot and bothered the more the fight prolonged.
There must have been some foul play afoot, Jane thought as she had to stop for a breather.
