ADMINISTRATING AFTERCARE

After care is the attention given at the dvd if a scene or session. It’s a check in for both the Domme and the sub to come down from the “high” of intense play. Here are examples of aftercare that can be given to a sub:
- Offering water or a snack
- A hug if comfortable
- Towels to clean up
- Light conversation
- Words of affirmation (“You did do good this session.” “I love the way you serve me.”
This is also the time where you can suggest that the sub write you a review, whether publicly on Fetlife, or privately through your messaging apps. Reviews = more clients = more bookings = $$$!
Allowing a sub to leave without aftercare is irresponsible. Imagine if you were getting whipped, bound, humiliated, etc during session and then you’re just kicked out after; it wouldn’t feel so good.
