Commissions Prices Update: All you need to know

Additional prices left without a change and classified wider.
I won't be changing ANY Patreon tier because of this, and all features for 15$ Tiers and lower will left the same as well as their donation value.
Divine Murloc value may change only when I will rise up prices again, but it's will happen only when I will upgrade my PC and will be able to render much better works.
