COMPENSATION FOR DELAYS...
Added 2024-04-29 17:51:38 +0000 UTCThis is a quit post. I know some (perhaps many) of you are pissed off because of this late delay, and you are right about it. My biggest mistake is posting a release date without being 100% certain that I could get it. I know deadlines are important and I should stick to them, but UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, I'll compromise the game's quality because of a deadline. In the future, I will stop adding release dates. It will make you feel a bit uncertain about when you will get content, but it would be better than being disappointed of not getting a game when you expected for it. To make your membership worth it, monthly videos and gifs will compensate for the months you don't get a game. This is a plan I already have.
Now, regarding Bratwatch delay, I'm offering an extra game (or more, depending on your tier) from the catalogue for patrons who haven't got all the content. It could also be a version you haven't got (like Mrs. Rachel dominatrix dark floyd). The only condition is that you keep active your membership and don't cancel. When Bratwatcher is ready, I will give it to all patrons who have been here for at least 2 consecutive months, even if they decide to cancel. Regarding the xtra game, I will give it the day after your May's renewal, just send me a DM with your selection. And for the super loyal patrons who have been here supporting unconditionally, well, I will find a way for a compensation. One not very visible, is that I take very seriously all loyal patrons suggestions. You are the ones that in many ways are defining how the big story of the Spankingverse is being told. You will see it clearly in the changes I plan for the Brave Knight II.

It looks as though your timeline for this release last week looks more on line for this week instead. Therefore, if you expect it to come out in a days time, give yourself an extra day. If you expect it in a week, give yourself an extra week. Lastly, if it is a month, give yourself an extra month...etc etc. I believe this to be a sound solution and will keep people like me at bay because a watched pot never boils. 2024-05-03 16:23:00 +0000 UTCyou shouldn't feel guilty about any delays. a full game a month is something impossible to achieve. and it shouldn't even be a claim for those who follow you. there are creators who if all goes well, for just one game, release a small update of a few minutes of gameplay. you shouldn't have to worry about releasing a game a month. It's stressful and makes you not want to work. take it more calmly and always thank you for your work.

That's the main reason I'm looking forward to this game! It's inevitable that people will be asking "when" all the time when subscribed to something. That's normal. Just do the best you can, and I think so long as you say that it's coming relatively soon, but that you don't want to release something that you're not happy with, they should (hopefully) understand. Also, allow me to add that there are MANY, MANY times that game studios announce a date for a videogame and then wind up having to say "sorry folks....we've had to delay it." I don't own the game personally, but the recent "Kill the Justice League" comes to mind....and look how bad THAT turned out, judging from reviews. And note that this is from studios that employ hundreds of programmers working ungodly hours to try to get a game out. OTK Productions is, as previously stated, a one-man shop.

2024-04-30 18:32:26 +0000 UTCUnfortunately, the waves in the game won't be that realistic. The image above is for the game presentation where I used photoshop AI. Daz sea I got is not as realistic, and the more realistic ones are too heavy and I it takes 20 min to render eache image vs 2 min. I wish I could use AI, but the there are 3 major problems. 1. Doing that with 3000 images would be a nightmare. 2. AI always makes every image different and you can't still tell it to use a single model. 3. It's heavily censored, the moment it detects half a boob or a bum, it displays a message that you're breaking their moral policies.
