I also want to make a custom moveset for him, nothing fancy, since i ain't skilled with skill and moveset editing ;)
Yuki Belle is in the $50 tier, you can request me characters in that tier, but will probably fill all your month requests depending on the character.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN A GOOOOOD WHILE i make a character, so if i missed something or any bugs surface please tell me in the comments.
