The New Schedule & this week's update
Added 2020-01-19 04:08:23 +0000 UTCHey everybody! Got snowed in at the office and wound up going over all our plans for the ComicPOP 2020 initiative and figured we should chat.
First up, this is the tentative new schedule for the channel:
Monday we're streaming Off the Rack as usual, but it'll be released as a full episode that evening. So no matter what, Mondays you'll have your new comic reviews.
Tuesday around 12:30 pm we'll be doing the Elseworlds Exchange live, only for it to be released later on in the evening. I want to give every show a chance to have its day, and Elseworlds has been competing too long on Wednesdays. Pre-recorded releases of Elseworlds will be set as premieres so I can chat with everyone while the show is going on, and get a better feel for what the audience will look like on Tuesday afternoons.
Wednesday is Back Issues. It'll come out in the late morning/afternoon and you'll have the whole day for it.
Thursday will be set for [REDACTED]. We haven't started shooting new episodes yet, but those shows will be coming out twice a month and should alternate between each other, and they'll come out Thursdays.
Fridays are going to alternate between GBU, Savage Screen and other series like Comic Line. That's right. We're keeping Savage Screen and we're bringing back Comic Line. We're going to try to keep GBU around once every two weeks, to start.
And if Harbor Patrol ever comes back, it'll come out on Saturdays every 6-8 months. It'll be live on Saturday and released the following week, in full.
And as for the "redacted" bit? We'll get to that when they're filmed.
That's the schedule for now. As for this week, well... our shooting schedule was completely screwed because the studio lost power on our filming day. We're filming two Back Issues episodes on Monday, and I'm going to scramble to cut one of them and have it ready for Wednesday. Then Thursday we'll film as much as we can to get ready for the following week.
So next week will look like this:

i was just rewatching some of the old comic lines and thought it'd be great if it came back. Glad you're keeping GBU. The amount of love I have for this channel can only be matched by the amount of work you put it into it. I mean damn, it's a lot, but we love ya for it [and hopefully it fills your soul, both artistically and financially, so that it may continue on. oh for the day that we can all have careers of our passions. Perhaps we can and i'm just lazy.... i digress] all peace always amigos
