This week's plans

Wanted to give everybody an update, so here we go!

I canceled shooting Back Issues this past week because we MAKE OTHER THINGS, DAMMIT! 

Sorry... Sorry... But it's true! We have other shows we used to make. We have the 50th GBU to cut, and now we have two episodes of Drawing from Memory and an action figure-full Letters Page! And that should clear out the inbox for awhile, honestly, because that's all the packages we've received so far.

But seriously, we've got so much going on. We've got a bunch of pre-cut Back Issues (just checked, there's no outstanding episode waiting for me to edit). This means I have more time to cut other shows, and of course read up on what to cover next.

Tomorrow is our interview with Dan Abnett on Elseworlds coming up. Should be a fun time. He seems cool.

Off the Rack on Death Metal is also tomorrow, which promises to be a fun time. Then as you can see, Static Shock is coming to Back Issues!

So I need to get back to work cutting Letters Page, Drawing, and GBU. If I can get it all done in time, I'll be able to finish working on the videos I'm contracted to make for a third party, and then I'll only have whatever we film this week on Back Issues to contend with.

I know it sounds like it's a lot of editing and not much else, but when it comes to filming it's a whole other ballgame. That's the fun part, honestly. This editing stuff is work. But hanging out, coming up with ideas, shooting the shows, that's where I'm the most alive.

Also you may have seen a tease over on Instagram about a new project. We're finally in a place where we can start planning this project, which will probably result in a Kickstarter campaign. Woof. No filming, and no-- it's not a ComicPop comic book universe. It's something else.
