This week's update!
Added 2019-05-20 18:24:58 +0000 UTC Hey everybody! So let's get down to it! I was almost finished editing Batman Europa for today's Bat Issues episode when we were hit by a massive lightning storm and lost power for the remainder of the evening. So I got up this morning, power restored, and wrote the final draft of a script for our friends over at Valiant (video script, not a comic script unfortunately) while cutting and doing the final touches on the episode, which should be out right now!
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is going to return as soon as we figure out what the next theme is going to be. We blew through our favorite ideas for last month and because of the huge influx of comics we got from Free Comic book Day, there are just so many options we can try. We had one idea which was "comic book adaptations of older animated series," but I really feel like that episode will do poorer than any other episode was ever done. We probably will still do it, I'm just prepared for failure. That sounds like a slogan!
If you haven't already seen it, Back issues this week will be on The Flash! I'm thrilled to say we did wind up doing Flash Rebirth, which a lot of people wanted to see. I hope you like it!
Not sure what the Elseworlds episode is going to be yet, but I'm pretty sure Joel will be returning to the show. I hope you guys enjoyed Ethan's guest spot. he had a great time, and we are considering making him a monthly substitute. What do you think?
Tiffany is editing Letters Page, so don't worry! The show will come back and since everybody really responded to Tiffany approach to the show, I think we're just going to go with her from now on.
That should be about it! We saw a couple of people at East Coast ComiCon this past weekend and I wanted to say it was really great meeting them and I hope when I head over to the Denver Comic Con that we meet even more incredible members of the POPulation.
Lots of fun stuff in the hopper! I hope we can really knock some new things out this season.

Would love to see Ethan on monthly! Love to hear that Tiffany is cutting Letters Page; I loved the last one she did. As far as GBU, have you tho8ght of doing any comic book adaptations of movies (a la Batman 89, Independence Day, etc) or would that basically be just rehashing a movie and not a comic? You are doing great work, Sal and company! Thank you!
