Catra would die for the Horde on principal because she's holding onto the indoctrination even stronger now out of spite, but this Giant Woman literally swept her off her feet and wouldn't let her come to any harm. Scorpia was fighting for her like it wasn't about the Horde at all. Catra lost control of the situation, she hates that, and noticed for the first time how incredibly powerful and loyal Scorpia is. In a life-or-death situation she suddenly found herself being rescued. It earned Catra's respect for sure.
