Thanks Robin, one of the best level for me so far. I like the graphics very much. It looked so cool and new. I think they must be proud of such a sweet and nice remake of there good old times. Thanks for the Memorys and the cool Clown. Your work is realy great and i am happy that you do so much work for all your fans out here.

You know, if I were the copyright holder I would be flattered for such a clever and entertaining hommage. Furthermore, it might lead people that didn't play it yet to purchase the updated version :)

2020-09-20 18:04:04 +0000 UTCI hope you are correct. I changed the colours of the tentacles slightly just to make it look a little different. I still hope this falls under Fair use and won't cause any issues :) If someone had an issue I guess I would change it or remove it.

2020-09-19 22:39:54 +0000 UTCI once broke some copyleft unintentionally by putting an image on a web that I found somewhere randomly. It wasn't specified that it was copyrighted by a third party, but instead posted as a funny image and I put it on my web site as such. After many months I got a very polite email from some lawyer that their client holds the copyright to the image and they want me to remove it from my web site. No threats or anything as direct, just asked me politely (although, I'm sure it would've gotten uglier if I refused). I apologised for the mistake, I removed the image, and that was the end of it. Lawsuits are expensive, and it's not like someone can squeeze a lot of money from an individual who makes fun, silly games. If there really is a problem, which I still don't think there is, I'm quite certain that someone will ping you and ask nicely to take the level off your web site, and that'll be it.
