New Artist Poll

I got all of these from comments from all of you on here throughout the past few months + Twitter + a couple I'm personally interested in & curious on what you all think.
A few notes-
-whoever wins the poll (probably the top 2 depending on how close) I'll likely do whatever their most recent album is
-This in no way affects any other expected content on the channel. including continued discographies of some of the artists we're still doing. I just want to involve you all more, and do a new artists album once or twice a month! Expect more of these polls! and a good chance some of these lead to full discography dives <3
-You can vote for multiple choices. I'll keep adding the artists that are performing in polls but not at the top in future polls! Feel free to add more artists in the comments so I can put them on future polls!

2021-10-24 03:26:54 +0000 UTComg michael you would Love pentatonix. i wouldn't recommend doing it as a discography though, maybe go through some music videos individually. i would definitely watch videos instead of streaming the tracks i feel like that's an important part of this group. they do "evolution of" videos that are very cool, you could pick an artist you know well (they have ariana, rihanna, beyoncé, michael jackson, etc) but tbh just scroll through their youtube and pick something that looks interesting for a one off, there's nothing bad lol and you'll be hooked

2021-10-23 02:11:17 +0000 UTCif you want to react to pentatonix i recommend not starting with their most recent album or any album in general - instead i would start with one of their popular videos on youtube to see who’s singing what and get a feel for them as an a cappella group - their “evolution of ____” videos are great for this! also as a heads up their bass singer left in 2017 so anything pre-fall 2017 includes him and then their more recent stuff has Matt, their current bass singer :)
