I'm listening to all these songs everyday for the last week or so😅 Edit: Fun fact, JK noticed that there is a mistake in Jinu's pronunciation in one song, and actor who voiced Jinu reacted to the clip of JK when he talked about this. There are 2 actors who voiced Jinu, the one who sings (Andrew Choi) talked about this.

As far and the tiger and the bird, many think those are jinus mom and sister somehow. And the fact that they are kinda chilling by rumi now, that its to be near her but also to jinus soul.

The creators are Korean American but you can absolutely tell they have a true love for kpop, not only the music but that fan/artist bond. You can tell their love of kdramas and movies with some of the romance tropes highlighted. Korean media just really knows how to do emotion so well. Reminds me of when you watched train to busan. Like you go in just expecting zombies/good music but find yourself crying and a broken but full heart. lol I actually really love that we didn’t learn about the other saja boys and their names were just traits like romance and mystery. I think it shows the good vs evil/demon side of kpop. The good side showing the girls as individuals with feelings and have music with depth and true connection and helping their fans while the other side the boys are just a product where the fans don’t see them as people so really their personalities don’t matter anyways and surface level lyrics just for obsession and not for true human connection. Btw I’d love to see you watch kdramas. I know you’ve seen some of squid game but that isn’t really a ‘traditional’ feeling kdrama. The ones with romance are where they’re at. lol I think your hopeless romantic heart would be very satisfied. lol personally I think kdramas put American shows to shame in that department. Even the bad ones just seem to make you really want to root for them. I think I’d pick Itaewon class (more of a revenge focus with a bit of romance) or extraordinary attorney woo (an autistic attorney but the romance is precious) as first suggestions. 🤔 The traditional kdramas are one season typically 16 1hr episodes.

It is really good and you can feel how the creators are kpop fans and really understood the culture and the songs and really dedicated só much effort to make these bangers. I'm sad that Jinu died but I understand that this was the perfect arc for him (if they decide to bring him back in a sequel I won't protest though haha). Also, since the movie came out, there were some kpop artist doing covers of the songs and I really hope someone on the request tier will add some of them (specially free with Alexa and Junhee).
