Inputs:
Master Scale: The scale of the entire texture

Vector Rotation: orientation of the wave effect

Paint Scale: Musgrave scale of the Paint texture

Paint Detail: Musgrave detail of the Paint texture

Paint Dimension: Musgrave dimension of the Paint texture

Paint Lacunarity: Musgrave lacurarity of the Paint texture

Seed: seed that randomizes textures

Offset: offsets all the bands, use this to make the range of the bands wider

-note: the bands's sum shouldn't exceede 1, use the "Offset" value to move all the bands beyond the limit, if the sum is exceedes 1 it'll yeld an error.

Band 1: the band for the metal/rust layer

Band 2: the band where paint color 1 and 2 mix

Band 3: the band where paint color 2 and 3 mix (anything over that is just paint color 3)

Metal-Rust: 0 or 1 switches between using metal or rust

Metal Color: color of the metal

Darkening: how much the metal/rust darkens

Paint Color 1: color of the inner paint

Paint Color 2: color of the median paint

Paint Color 3: color of the outer paint

Min M/R Roughness: min roughness for the metal/rust texture

Max M/R Roughness: max roughness for the metal/rust texture

Min Paint Roughness: mix roughness for the paint texture

Max Paint Roughness: max roughness for the paint texture

Metal Imperfections Scale: scale of all the metal texture effects

Rust Scale: scale of the rust texture

Wave Scale: scale of the wave effect

Wave Distortion: distortion of the wave effect

Bump Strength: bump strength

Bump Distance: bump distance

Ø is for advanced values, leave on default if unsure

Ø Use Custom Vector: 0 or 1 Use the "Custom Vector" input instead of the default "object" input from the Texture Coordinate node
