So just an update on the order you should watch moving forward based on air date: Finish the rest of Season 4 of TVD Watch TVD 5x01 Watch 1x01 AND 1x02 of The Originals (this is based on air date again so that's why you need to watch both 1x01 and 1x02) Then you'll fall back into the order of watching one TVD then one The Originals episodes so: Watch TVD 5x02 Watch 1x03 of The Originals Watch TVD 5x03 Watch 1x04 of The Originals Now this is the official pattern that was released based on air date. 2017-12-28 22:40:01 +0000 UTCHi Juli! i love TVD and TO and I can't wait for you to start TO properly but if it would be easier, I honestly think it will be a better idea to finish a show first (like GoT) as you have said it has short seasons and you enjoy it, so you wouldn't get bored (the seasons keep getting better btw). So if you wanted to binge it for a week or two and then post them when you are ready and take a break from TVD after you have finished season 4, I personally think it would be a great idea. As many people have said TVD and TO are like one show, so you need to watch them together. This way if you catch up with GoT it will be easier for you to release other content, instead of you adding ANOTHER show to your workload. Just my thoughts and opinions :)
