AOS 3x22 FULL REACTION

Comments

Watching this again, it struck me. The ending was a match for that of Captain America:First Avenger! How did I not notice that before?

Tom Sinclair

Daisy left 'cause of her own guilt about her actions, not because of Lincoln's death. I agree with you though that I thought "good riddance" to Ward. I like Brett Dalton, but I wanted that character dead. Was NOT sad to see him go. I think we're in the minority in that POV.

Thadman

Oh. Wow. I hadn't really heard anyone that broken up about Lincoln before. Also I didn't think of it as killing him off just to give Daisy angst mainly because Daisy already had angst with the guilt of what she did under Hive's control. You saw in this ep that she wanted to die. She said she couldn't live with it. I think his death might actually give her some perspective. A push to be less suicidal.

Thadman

I cried my eyes out. I was devastated they killed off Lincoln just to give Daisy angst. Such a sad over done trope. I wanted better from this show.

I loved Lincoln. Since season 2 when he was introduced. I miss him. He and Daisy were good together. It would have been good to see Lincoln help Daisy get thru her addiction. So many reaction watchers always seem to focus on Fitzsimmons. And honestly I am not a big fan of the couple. I don't like them constantly pinned together as one name as though they have no individual identity outside of each other. It annoys me to no end. His death propelled Daisy away. That means she was pretty much in love with him. I hate that their relationship is always downplayed especially when people compare them to the other ships. Seriously calling FS the heart and soul of the show does such a disservice to the other characters. On the other hand i was joyous to finally see Ward/Hive die. Good riddance in my view. His story was dragged on to long before he became Hive and I didn't like the character Hive at all.

Nanci Fenstermaker

You are not the only one who didn't have a connection with Lincoln. I think most people didn't have a strong one, but I did really love how he went out, like he said, saving the world and the girl he loves at the same time. Not a bad way to go. Plus, I love the little convo he had with Hive before they died as not enemies, just two guys about to die and come to terms with it. I think your little lump in your throat is right in line with what they were hoping you'd feel. I doubt they were expecting anyone to cry their eyes out.

Thadman

I am agree with you, I never really care for Lincon but his end was so beautifully sad that i cant help to cry, I guess it hurts me most seen Daisy so heartbroken that his dead. And it was even worse the idea to say goodbye to Brett Dalton, his such an amazing and underrated actor.

Walah

If you didn't know the actor who plays Lincoln is on season 3 of H2o.

Monique Coleman

Juli, buckle your seatbelt. Season 4 is some of the best tv you’re ever going to see.

Jonathan Jones

I was sad for daisy more than Lincoln also. I was also upset to see ward die even though he was hive because I loved his character. Next season begins something you really only seen once on this show but remember the marvel universe has many themes

Christopher simeon

Your not the only one I didn't care for Lincoln either, mostly cause he was so hotheaded...His character was always just there and its actually sad cause I like Elena more and she hadn't even been on the show as long as Lincoln.
