This show won the Emmy for best drama last week and I was extremly curious why? Since they were going against my favorite show of this year, Severance! But after watching this episode I kinda understand why... Severance is a masterpiece but this show is truly incredible as well!

I liked the Pitt and thought that it was generally a very good show, however I definitely found some of the acting cringey at points. I've never been a big fan of award shows, especially the emmy's because they have very little diversity in the amount of different shows that are nominated. It's just the main 5 shows that were very loud that year. I was really hoping Yellowjackets would get a few noms but because it's not 'mainstream' enough it didn't. I think a show like the Pitt can be really good, but it's kind of a bummer when this show and like one other show wins all of the main categories out of a not very diverse bunch of nominations. It would be nice to see your reactions to this, however, I would probably appreciate your reactions of smaller, lesser known ones like the girlfriend.
