After reacting to DC 415, I get up of my chair with a terrible back pain, But I thought that with a little stretching the pain will go away, but instead of that, the pain got a lot more intense, and after 5 minutes the pain was not only on my back but also on my chest!
So I had to go to the emergency room bc I honestly though I was having a heart attack or idk something worse.
I went to a clinic, they did an EKG, some blood work and they kept me on the trauma shock unit for a couple of hours to keep monitoring my vital signs. My blood pressure was a bit high but nothing to be concerned about.
After a few hours I was able to go back to the normal part of the emergency room and they put and IV with something for the pain. Sadly the pain is still there but not as intense as before.
Now, I have to do a full check up, get an MRI and some other blood tests bc I don't have a conclusive diagnose. The doctor in the emergency room told me that it probably was Osteochondrosis but that I have to do a follow up to be sure.
They told me to rest and not be sitting for such long periods of time and to rest as much as I could for 5 to 7 days, plus some pain meds twice a day to relax. The bad part about that is that muscle relaxers and pain medicine make me so freaking sleepy.
I think I slept most of the weekend. Josh was so concerned but I thank God it wasn't a heart attack or something else.
I have contacted my insurance to do some of the tests so I don't have to pay so much, but I think the MRI I do have to pay it in full. We'll see.
I'm feeling a little better as I write this, but I need to give my body time to heal. So I'm going to slow down a bit and not react to as many episodes as I planned and maybe take little breaks between the long episodes just so I don't have more pain.
But I will return with Drake & Josh and instead of finishing all 5 episodes in one sitting, maybe I'll do 3 and the next day 2 more... And the same for all the other shows.
Anyways... I hope you guys are still excited for my reactions. I'm excited but also sad I can't do more. But I promise I will post as much as I can without breaking my back lol
Also, there are so many changes I have to do in my daily day life and I am committed to do them. Losing weight in a healthy way is my top priority rn. And also exercise. Josh is telling me we should go for a walk every now and then and I think that's a good way to start.

Take your time, and take care of yourself. Walking daily is great for your health, and walking with Josh sounds amazing! Also maybe after every episode or two go walk for a few minutes as well? Get to feeling better and stay safe! ❤️❤️❤️.

Rest laying down is the number one priority and drinking lots of water🤍I have severe spine problems making it unable for me to sit or stand for more than 10 mins at a time without severe pain and spasms so MRI is very important in getting spine diagnosis. I really hope your insurance covers it because it’s so expensive 😞 sending love always and we are here for you whenever you feel up to it! No rush!❤️❤️❤️

Look at it as lifestyle changes, not losing weight. Sorry for getting a little personal, I just worry now whenever people talk about weight loss lol take care of yourself, and don't worry about slowing down, we're happy to wait.
