Now getting to the video, the sister is blind as Ace read. I feel like she also had some type of mental handicap as well. She's interested in her older sister's life which is why she's feeling on her clothes in the closet and touching the husband. On the flip side, older sister has a lot of hatred for being "burdened: with having to care for her sister. There is no love there or with her husband and she gets jealous when she sees the slight interactions he has with the little sister. All of it boils over at the dinner table when little sister sits down with the makeup on her face. Which is why she syarys attacking her and trying to basically drown her to get the makeup off. I hope that helps a little bit.
