Since elizzyviolet definitely seems to be losing, I think it's mostly a question on whether we try Alberto or continue the search for more candidates. I have not received further applicants on the position from the places I tried to recruit from. However, after I posted the last poll, some patrons prepared their version of the test scene. Here is a promising applicant I would like to consider as an alternative to Alberto. I removed elizzyviolet and "Neither" from the poll options. We will try out one of these two.
Here is the application blurb.
- Absurdity: I'm a long-time follower of the game with a special interest in the moral corruption and mind-altering aspects. I'm a native English speaker with a degree majoring in fiction writing, and I also have familiarity with some of the anime and other otaku inspirations for this game such as Umineko. I'm most excited to write in-depth depictions of Aura's psychology as she falls deeper into corruption.

Absurdity has tried to leverage his knowledge of the game and tried to also capture the moral corruption aspect more. The backdraw I see here is that there is a bit of level difference in prose with the writing not being fully clean. However, as a non-native english speaker I'm not quite good at judging this.
I definitely don't want to drag out looking for another assisstant writer much longer and be able to discuss some scenes this month so we can get back started with the extra writing content production by November.
