No idea. Casting is a very difficult process and often comes down to how much money actors/agents are being offered.

2019-09-03 05:28:28 +0000 UTCRemember in the “Enter Flashtime” episode from season 4 when Jay Garrick said he was retiring and teaching a new student to take his place? Maybe Jay will be the Flash that dies, and that mystery speedster on Earth-3 will be the one that succeeds him. I’m not sure if it will happen, but it could be possible.
