Who was chirping in the background? I thought it sounded like a cockatiel...

We have 5 quakers. They only do this when they have a low grade ear infection which can be fungal - esp the ones that love being on the ground. Combined with the fluffiness, I'd be heading to the vet.

My African Grey does the same movements that Quaker does, It is typically when he’s perching on my knee and I want to move him away because he gets hormonal or when people around him are heightened (talking loudly and moving their hands), he’d usually predict an escalation.

Did you have the recording of the zoom meeting from today? 😊

Thanks - as always - for the learning. Request: when you mention a specific previous video, could you please put the video link to the other video as a comment. Much, much easier for us to go there to continue learning. Thanks.

The blue Quaker is mine! Thanks for analysing his video! 😃 Fluff + crazy snakey head = very confused me. "Currently contented, but prepared to kickoff" is how I will think of it now. Great tip to look around for something that may be bothering him. I'm afraid it may be me 😅 He seems conflicted sometimes about whether he wants to be near me or not but I will look for other sources 🤞
