Haikyuu!! S2 Episode 19-20 will be released today instead of tomorrow.

This is a real possibility. I get often problems with my neck because i tend to slouch real strange, and often get headache + neck pain. A good friend of mine had spine problems and this caused his migranes. good luck friend
