Rival- He got his license early because his parents gave him permission, he antagonizes the MC and makes fun of him in front of the love interest.
Love Interest- MC tries to pass the driving test in every state to impress her
DMV Instructors - They're twins and elite driving instructors. They have a tragic backstory and lost their parents in a car crash, so they have a lot of scars. They follow MC to every state to test him.
The Legend- the ultimate driving instructor and driver. Nobody has seen him for years and people think he's just a rumor. He's real he's just old and tired.
