As I remembered, Akutagawa made a deal with Atsushi in season 3, not in Dead Apple. And Fukuchi's ability is definitely crazy!! As it has already mentioned in the anime, Amenogozen sword hasn't originally been created to use in battle, but Fukuchi's ability made it useful and much more effective. There's more explanation in manga that when the sword's in his hand, the blade could cross the space up to nearly 12 meters, and cut through the timeframe up to nearly 12 seconds (so it could originally cross back time only around 0.12 second, but his ability made it OP).
