The Fly or Texas Chainsaw Massacre (preferably both). Both are absolute definitive staples of the horror genre - TCM for suspense slasher, & Fly for the quintessential body horror, before it became a genre in itself. Dracula is beautifully costumed, but it's no way a horror, & really only has Gary Oldman going for it.
