BasePage - base64 Website
Added 2024-08-25 01:41:26 +0000 UTCBasePage is a simple Command Line Interface (CLI) that converts web-pages to base64.
In essence: it takes all external resources on a page (image, video, audio) and returns them all as one single file. Instead of a folder with subfolders, a single index.html

This index.html file can the be sent via email, displayed on a website, or wheverever else is needed, without having to recreate the page or ascertain all external links
Installation:
install.bat
run
paste url
open index.html in browser

2024-08-25 19:13:27 +0000 UTCII downloaded your zip file and ran install.bat. no errors were seen. When I click run.bat it works and generates an index.html file, but the result was as I stated. Index.html is only 1.25 mb.

2024-08-25 19:05:07 +0000 UTCinteresting. I just tied it on a south park page for Wikipedia and it grabbed all the images as base64. You used the "instal'' file? i just pulled down the Ford Mustang page with images: https://www.cognibuild.ai/wp-content/plugins/basepage/index.html

2024-08-25 18:54:47 +0000 UTCThanks, I tried this out with a Wikipedia page. Everything appears as on the original page, but no media files are included. For example, I pulled up the wiki page for "Ford Mustang" and the images are broken links. It seems great for getting text data in a readable format though.
