Hunyuan ComfyUI Installer (fp8 / bf16)

Originally designed for 40GB GPUs, it now features quantized FP8 and FP16 models, making it accessible for systems with just 16-24GB VRAM. These optimized models deliver lifelike, high-quality video generation in minutes. 🤖✨
The installer below must be placed just outside your ComfyUI installation. Simply double-click and it will began to install the models.
IMPORTANT NOTE - the WSL version requires WSL2 - if the installer repeatedly does not work, you may need to default back to the Windows version.
NOTE the fp8 installation DOES NOT work with the portable ComfyUI - you must use a manual installation or use the GGUF version found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/hunyuan-gguf-low-118204132

2025-01-30 15:54:32 +0000 UTCI will try to sign up in the next couple of days, thanks. I have been using the tag. I even tried exactly what was on your saved workflow with the cartoon doll picture and prompt. It loads 'shards' then stops with that error message.

I am getting an error immediately when queuing as follows: HyVideoTextImageEncode unsupported operand type(s) for //: 'int' and 'NoneType' Do you know why that is? I have installed manually too and I am getting the same error. I have checked and I am using transformer version 4.47.0. Text to video works, it is image to video that does not.

I ran into an issue with Virtualization being off (I have to run it off to use Intel XTU overclocking software) I turned that back on, went through this process "WSL-Cuda-CudNN-Minconda-git-ffmpeg-Install" and those succeeded (I think). Now I'm trying to move on to the "hunyuan-fp8-comfyui-installer_v4" and It's not working, nor is "comfyui-hunyuan-wsl-installer_v4"... I'm stuck, mainly because I'm new to this and don't know what I'm doing exactly but, also because the instructions really aren't that clear, or I'm dense idk...
