JPDE Dates Spreadsheet + New rules

Wanted to let you know that:
1) I'm working on a spreadsheet to keep track of all the dates included and/or possible in JPDE.
2) While working on it, I also laid down a few rules as to how the character nominations will work from now on -to also give the less popular fandom characters a possibility to have their dates without having to wait for the more popular ones to be all filled first-.
