JPDE Poll PSA - Themes and JPDE

What does that mean? It means that going into year three of JPDE, I'm gonna start adding nomination themes, aka your nominations for New Route Polls and sometimes even New Character/Sprites Polls will have to follow themes that I decide from month in month.
Also, the girls of Team JPDE -Evelyn, Penny and Jack-, because of their extreme popularity, will now follow the already established Team RWBY rule. If a Team JPDE character gets nominated the previous month, they cannot be nominated the next.
That said, the messages are coming ;D
