In your opinion, a little stop and go of one or two minutes before going back down: maybe on a deep wreck? Eri is really impressive: we see that she is easy for her. I think she will wait until the two girls come back for their safety and stay a little longer at the bottom to show them her level of mastery so that they are listening and eager for knowledge ;)

The Eri back story suggests she could manage 8 minutes or more in the 30 metre deep tank. Looks as if she's been keeping in practice since she retired from the MSDF. She doesn't appear to be wearing her dive watch/computer, so I hope we get some numbers from another source!

I’ve longed to see something like this.. Able to see someone who is better than Aya & Chihaya in both diving and breath holding is astonishing.
I can’t imagine how fast Eri will swim up and leave those poor girls behind. But as a teacher and coach she should swim in same speed as Aya and Chihaya on their way back, in case someone blackout. That’s number 1 safety, you can always dive first but when surface you need a safety buddy with ya swimming. I wish them the best <3 Really enjoying this story

You can actually draw clear parallels between this dive and the one with Saki at the beginning of the series, though there are a few differences. Based on the slight shading to their faces, both teenagers are beginning to strain, while Eri, like her counterpart, shows little sign of any discomfort (Saki was fine down to the -117 meter mark, while Aya’s cheeks grew colored before the -92 m point, where Chihaya turned back). If Eri’s posture is anything to go by, she seems to be daring the two cousins into a static, continued breath hold, unlike the competition with Saki, which focused solely on who could go the deepest. It makes sense, though, seeing as Eri did say she wanted to see the full range of these two’s abilities, which is clearly more than just depth related. Hopefully someone (Ken perhaps) is keeping tabs on their time and distance, and keys the audience in on those statistics.
