Exactly! Actually the character is like a bodyguard of a thief girl called Ashe. The original design is a robot with a mustache. But they've done 2 versions with animals. The wolf one is a reference to red riding hood, in that outfit the Ashe is red riding hood and B.O.B. is the big bad wolf.
