As for organizing, I've heard that Google Forms is simple to use and even organize everything for the creator. So just fill out how you want it, then people put their respons, and it organize everything. I've never used it on the creator side but on the other side and the data seems to come out quick when the results are in. For requests, been in a Hades obsession, maybe one of the Olympians? Not gonna lie, your art of Hades did make me want to play the game especially when it came to Xbox finally. Hades 2 also have nice update art and some new characters. Dionysus was cute in Hades and in Hades 2 he's basically naked with just a leopard print underwear and wrist cuffs. Hades is still daddy though, even had him in chains in the second one for a bit.

I was wondering if maybe Patreon post could be used for requests and then categorise each request by how much you like it or how long it might take for you to do it using Trello? I've seen some artists use it to track commissions they are working on and which stage they are on.
