You're definitely right when you caught the line about should he slow down or should he keep burning even brighter. The message I got was that his passion was like a fire and it was so hot that he didn't even realize the damage he was doing to himself and the mark he left on the industry until he looked back and saw the trail he blazed. I saw someone say that his greatest arson was to himself and that shit's deep. Of course if we listen to the lyrics in his other songs like More, I'm pretty sure he's at a crossroads in his career, but the only choice for him is to keep going and do WHATEVER his passion leads him to do. He won't stop any time soon, but he definitely needed a change, which is exactly where this new album is taking him. I'm honestly blown away by the whole concept and the guts it must've taken to do something so different this far along in his career. 👏
