Having gone through a lot of medical stuff, a lot of times it's so annoying having those that care about you waiting hand and foot while celebrating the small victories. However, there's a fine line that I had to learn myself. Being a cantankerous bastard to those around you trying to help is also not a good thing. It can make those who are genuinely worried and concern about you suffer their own depression and issues. I feel for Marie acting out here. It's a very real reaction for someone going through what she's going through. Marie experiencing the near death of Hank and his recovery really changed my view of Marie from someone I really didn't like to one of my favorite secondary characters from this series. Her character arc from the beginning of this series to the end is pretty phenomenal.

In this watch through with Mr. Video, it hit me this was the same song they used for the opening theme in "The Vikings" tv series. Both instances of this song being used is meaningful and hits hard. Watching this in 2024 it feels like Jesse is about to do some Viking shit 😂
