First Look: Vickie Vixen

Hey guys,

First off, I just want to thank all of my Alphas who have been sticking with me and waiting patiently for new content. I know that this month has been slow with the Steam release, but things are starting to get back on track, and I wanted to share this screen cap of Vickie Vixen's model. As you can see, we've got her loaded in and working, so now we're beginning to tweak her and write some new story around her.

I am happy to say that we will definitely have an Alpha build coming soon with Vickie's character making an appearance in the game for the first time! I am going to focus the next month on getting new content to you Alphas since I catered to the beta testers this past month because the Steam release preparation updates weren't adding any new content.

In case some of you are unclear on the distinction, here's the difference between alphas and betas:

Alpha: If a release is marked as "Alpha", it means that there was substantial new playable content (usually in the form of new story) added to the game that has not been play-tested yet by anybody but the developers. These releases are only accessible to people on the "Alpha Tester" tier or higher.

Beta: If a release is marked as "Beta", it means it has already been in Alpha testing for some time, and most of the major bugs have been addressed, but there still might be some bugs to correct. These releases are only accessible to people on the "Beta Tester" tier or higher. Beta versions usually mark the end of a 0.x.0 cycle, and usually the version number is incremented after a beta release goes either live to people who have purchased the game, or to a free version.
