Edit 1/26/22
Have some images of signs and lanterns add. Have baseless versions of signs. Will be working on the chitubox supports so those are in place. Several of the lanterns have flame that can be painted then inserted in the case or the other way around. SIgns are in three styles, urban, rustic, and cartoon.
EDIT:1/22/22
Added 6 loose columns in each size!. Also made the alternate 3 groups a little easier to move through. It seems like someone will want to go the other way, so I also added a version with a palisade wall. you can see the 6inch can make a 2 tier attack wall with platforms, I have some placeholder platforms for now. This should give everyone maximum flexibility for all environments. Also made a 45 degree platform turn that can be used with the loose pillars.
We were a bit surprised to see strong interests in scaffolding, platforms, and bridges, so we took a hard look at what was out there and took a guess at what folks were looking for. We still have a ton to do but this is basically the most difficult component fully test printed. After this point it is really down hill. This is really a tiered and ramped scaffolding road. featuring heights of 2/4/6 inches. It is over 2 inches wide. The scaffolding path will be 32mm wide. There will be platforms of various shapes and sizes as well. There will be platforms to slip into lower levels of multi-tiered scaffolding. There will be more variations of ground and planking. There will be some railings you can glue on. Still deciding on how to model the smaller walkway, the one you see is really a placeholder while we work on supports. In addition to providing simple platform solutions, this will also offer a solution for transporting folks across rubble fields as well as over strip mines and dark abysses.
Ruins continued, hopefully there is time to dig in more on the resin since they are printed by mid-month. We have ourselves another house and a tower. Not showing yet, I've started working on fountains, road signs, and lamppost to add some scatter volume. No promises on where everything lands but that is what we're looking at. Over all this will be a month for using a little bit of whatever glue you like. I'm ditching the pegs stacking on the ruins as it seems useless. The scaffolding requires a tiny bit of glue on the horizontal cross beams that are attached to either the scaffolding or the bottom of the planks. Again, decided that precise nodes for alignment would be a hinderance. It seems like the house needs some kind of rubble barricade out front.
Deadline for painting competition in a one month!
