Whenever I need a new active character, I'll pick from the ones with the most points. I'll then ask for suggestions from all of you for that character.
Active characters get big projects where a lot of your suggestions get fulfilled
Don't suggest any of the current active characters:

I suggest voting for your favorite even if they're not in the top. If you're active every month or have an annual membership, that's 12 votes for them.
